By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Software.
Account: We grant you non-transferable to use the Software solely for your law business purposes. This account does not allow you to sell, resell, transfer, or commercially exploit the Software to any third party. Please note that the server may be temporarily down due to technical or software upgrades.
Usage: Usage: You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the Software to engage in any activity that violates the rights of others. Web Solutions IT Ltd. will not be responsible for the loss of data due to the user’s careless access to the account.
Data Security: We take data security seriously. While using the Software, you may store data. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and all data associated with it. We do not warrant that the Software will be completely secure or free from bugs or vulnerabilities. If any bug/error occurs in the software, the support will be informed quickly. Support Time- 10 am to 8 pm and support time will be closed on Friday.
Payment: The use of certain features or functionalities of the Software requires payment of fees. By using such features or functionalities, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the Software after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Software.
